Employment Based Non-immigrant Visas

These are granted to those individuals who are travelling to the U.S. for the purposes of some employment or business. H-1B petitions drafting services

H1-B Visa is a nonimmigrant Visa which is designed to allow U.S. employers to employ foreign nationals in specialty occupations in the United States of America for a specified period.

H-1B CAP Petitions

The H-1B cap is a numerical limit placed on the amount of foreign workers authorized to work in the United States annually under H-1B status. H-1B Regular CAP: 65,000 petitions and H-1B Master’s CAP: 20,000 petitions.

H-1B Non-CAP Petitions

L-1 petitions drafting services

The L-1 non-immigrant classification enables a U.S. employer to transfer an executive or manager from one of its affiliated foreign offices to one of its offices in the United States.  This classification also enables a foreign company which does not yet have an affiliated U.S. office to send an executive or manager to the United States with the purpose of establishing one.

Dependents petition drafting services

H4 Visa or H4 dependent visa is the US visa category given to the spouse and children (under 21 years of age) of all H visa holders such as H1B Visa, H1B1 Visa, H2A, H2B and H3. H4 visa is a dependent visa, meaning its validity and status are tied to the primary H visa holder.

L2 visa is a nonimmigrant US visa issued to dependents of L1 visa holders. Immediate family members of L1 visa holders may enter and stay in the United States by obtaining L2 visas. Eligible family members for an L2 visa include spouses and children (under age 21) of L1 visa holders.

Employment Based Immigrant Visas
